If it's the 'c' shown in the first wiggle scenario, then we are due for another high without making getting below NDX 960 or so. So, short any new high if we do not go much below where we are now.

If it is the ED shown in the second, then we are due for another minor low. No action here as it promises to jello about for most of the rest of the day, but it would be a pretty fat buy signal eventually.
