Yeah, I guess anything less than 70 in your lifetime doesn't fit your goal of "capital preservation." What a crock.

Forget 70. The past is in the past. Will INTC ever hit, say, 25 again in your time frame? If so, then buying and holding at this level of 17.75 is a good conservative strategy, not the wishful thinking of "yahoos."

Trying to find a lower bottom is more "speculation" than "capital preservation." Nothing wrong with that, as long as you don't pretend it's the latter.
