any individual who considers the stupidest that ever was the best whatever is stupid, brain dead, or depraved or all three. Yep. Think of all those firsts: First President to be fined for misleading a federal court. First President to have to settle a sexual harassment suit. First President to testify so untruthfully that members of a federal grand jury actually laughed out loud at his responses. BillyBubba sure had a bunch of notable achievements.
