BGR, Seems like you have a thin skin when it comes to pretty much anything. But don't worry. I will now fret for a few months over whether or not I committed political incorrectness by mentioning starving to the thin skinned. <g>

The last 3 years have stunk for indexers. And for most fund buyers. BTW, 95% may be employed, but the term "gainfully" is dubious.
