Happy holidays to everyone. Just got back into the states from London. I expected US customs to be tough, but it wasn't. It was kind of scary that it wasn't, when you think about it. I did get pulled out of line at Heathrow for a secondary security check and baggage examination. Had to be doubly worried that the best their great profile techniques could do was pull a native New Yorker out of the waiting line.

The Brits still love the markets but are beat up by the bear. LSE doesn't let them sell short, so they have to trade the US markets or go to spreadbetters, the local version of old time bucket shops.

I traded Nasdaq live Monday in front of them. I warned them I would be day trading because I wanted to close out positions that day. But I think I blew their minds scalping Alkermes all afternoon.
