For the past 60 years or so, the UK has been a focal point for business contractual agreements. Money moves around, insofar as contractual agreements in commodities and weapons…. Hence, US dollars no longer accepted as a long-term currency. Why, I suspect its tactic to use against them. You see the UK, as in England and such, informs the US they are friends, but in reality they know the US can never protect them, hence they are all ready making alliances with others.

In so far as March 15, 2002, check the Dow, it was the start of the decline.

P.S. Montreal, Quebec, Canada is another place where Worldly paper money and paper contratual agreements for weapons are floating in financial instituations that people would never suspect....and I mean well know Instituations....High Up Instituations my friend, not your every day mom-and-pop shops.
