Hello! A quick memory question for the board:
My intel motherboard accepts ECC or non-ECC SDRAM PC133 memory. There is not much difference in price from Micron.

I've read that ECC memory may be a little more stable, etc. Does anyone know of any drawbacks to using it as opposed to non-ECC? I know it may run a little slower, but I really don't think I'll be able to tell any difference. I will be running basic charting, trading platforms.

Anyone had experience with ECC memory?
thanks!

I have also found Telebit to be a very good modem. In the past when I had to support several thousand dial-in users I have found the Boca and the Zoom modems to be the worse by far. Now I may be dating myself here. It has been a while since I had to deal with dial-in users. I agree that 3Com, US Robotics, and Supra modems would be a good choice.
