What are you talking about....putting the price of oil at $30 would increase the reserves? The price of oil doesn't put it in the ground, it may slow or hasten consumption, but it doesn't create oil. btw, the figures I posted were DOE data from the year 2001. Where are the "plenty of potential reserves" that would make a significant change in those numbers....
