CSCO reports August 6 and the SEC rules start August 14. Look like CSCO got a reprieve for the 10Q but the 10K will not.

HAs Anyone Seen A Ruling Regarding Brokerages. Something to the effect that they cannot issue a buy or sell recommendation and then do the exact opposite. IE: REC. a sell and then begin buying or something . Anyone? Thanks KC
