Allen, The Arab countries signed the agreement, yet simultaneously allow the forces which nourish terrorism to flourish in their own societies. There will be no peace or progress in the Middle East until the Arabs turn from hatred and oppression, and follow the path of tolerance and freedom. The fastest growing Arab population (by percentage) is in Israel. They move there to enjoy the freedoms not available in other middle eastern countries. I work with many competent Arab engineers who have chosen to leave their homeland and move to Europe, because the are free to live, worship and speak here.
