Yes thats quite bullish...just about every internal I track is in bullish territory here...VIX...bull/bear sentiment, p/c, strong equity outflows, BPNDX, 5/10 day Trin...i could go on... while most of the services I follow are still bearish here. I find that a very powerful combination. Many are frozen like deer in headlights out there in terms of going long thus I have no problem being long esp tech. 1418 is the near term downtrend line...when that goes it should usher in a nice move upwards. One more point...a gap up tomorrow would put in a nice looking bullish island reversal...thus trapping shorts who initiated positions in the 1300's.
