M-Systems Flash Disk Pioneers (Nasdaq: FLSH), for instance, is deteriorating once again, yesterday by more than 6%. The decline started, apparently, because semiconductors are dropping all over Wall Street but it's important to remember that there's no way to really determine M-Systems' true worth. That's why we think the share should be in investment portfolios - unless the price suddenly shoots up to $90 because of some crazy momentum thing, after which you sell. And when momentum is going the other way, it's a must-buy.
