Nothing of any substance has ever been found in the
corporation. Kozlowski and Their Chief Legal Counsel used some very bad judgement in their personal actions.

Accounting problems? Who the hell knows...its the perception of problems that matters. When a company deliberately uses very aggressive accounting to fluff up their numbers, that's just as bad as fraud (as witnessed by the massive evaporation of investor equity, I'd say most agree).

Expect more bad news from the company. The best news they've had to date is that they don't have to come clean with their numbers since they're a Bermuda company. This should be a huge freakin' clue, but most of the longs now are clueless.
