America, is the most resource independent nation in the world. America using only it's own resources can provide a better level of living than any nation in the world. Yes a cutoff of certain resources would cause some difficult times, but America is the land of Let's Roll...

The rest of the world's countries are in various stages of becoming a middle level third world. And then there is America, the beacon of the first world of opportunity and tolerance and financial reward.

I couldn't disagree with you more on every point you made.

Just one quick point.....we did spend 50 years and our tax dollars protecting Europe from communism. Our interests were our own..keeping the communists contained far away from our shores...
