supernatural power? governor of the universe? doesn't ring any bells?

I'm quite sure they mean God- but I'll go see what the definition of God is- oh look- he is ruler of the universe! What a surprise. I like a good legal argument as much as anyone- but definition 1 (a) under religion is most certainly mentioning God. If you want to argue that any further, you will have to do it alone.
