Shooting Reported at Los Angeles International Airport

OS ANGELES (Reuters) - A shooting involving "multiple victims" was reported at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Thursday, fire department officials said.

A fire department spokesman told Reuters: "There has been a multiple victim shooting at LAX." The spokesman said reports were still unclear and he had no details.

Police had no immediate details saying they were making urgent checks with airport officials.

plane crash in LA suburb. see msnbc. there was also a cessna plane taken from a local airport. don't know if this is same.
