The vast sea of junk bonds stinking up the place are going to require a government solution before this stock market malaise is over

What are the possible ways to do it ?
Is govt. buying that junk a possible solution or providing some sort of guarantee in case of default.
We need here some sort of help from tax-payers to make broadband deployment a reality. This will a turning point for the NAS. No wonder Mr. John Chambers has been a strong advocate of national broadband policy.
