Well, not exactly. The signatures are preceded by an obvious reference to God. There's no doubt the framers believed this was one nation under God. The God of one's own choosing or none at all....

There is no mention of God in the Constitution because that is a structural document, not a document of belief . The document of belief is the Declaration of Independence, which is very much God centered.
