Am currently(slowly) doing research work about Turkish-American decorated U.S. military veterans. We, as a nation, need a better understanding that those of the Islamic faith have fought - and sacrificed greatly and at times everything - for our freedoms. Will copy you when I get work more near done.

It started with meeting a Turkish-American "war buddy"(and family) of my Dad. He was the(decorated) tail gunner aboard the same WW-II bomber as my father. He told me his relatives had proudly also served the U.S. in WW-I, & all the way back to War of 1812. Now with anti-Islamic feelings here, think our nation needs the info.

fwiw Also have some interesting links which show Hispanics which died at Alamo for Texas Freedom.
