SrK I have followed TYC very closely for a long time and feel comfortable that I have quite a bit of knowledge about their operating Cos.(divisions). I was an investor in several of the Cos. they acquired and you don't have to believe me but they are a hell of a lot better managed after they were acquired. Give me one instance where there was suspect accounting procedures of any consequence and I will start to think you have some credibility. The article that you take exception to agrees pretty much with what I know to be true. I personally am getting fed up with all the BS that is being tossed around about TYC so unless you can start documenting some of your positions maybe you should keep your opinions to yourself. Remember SI used to pride itself on informing rather flaming.
