Yes and my nephew farms the land my grandfather homesteaded and my grandmother bought for taxes during the 30's. <g> We grow small grains, navy beans, corn and sugar beets as well as anything that becomes attractive financially. The land is in eastern North Dakota close to the Red River. I am especially interested in commodities since they have been in a bear market for 20 some odd years and expect they get out of this bear market sometime in my life time. There does come a time when the infrastructure is just not there to produce the products at cheap prices. I think the mining industry is in the same boat as the rest of the commodity complex. Maybe I am just chasing a fantasy. <g> Joan
