Yes. That would be interesting, if highy unlikely. I sincerely hope the USSC takes this opportunity to clean up the mess prior decisions have made of the establishment clause....

The fuss has gradually evolved from the government monopoly of education. Now, what was previously regarded with less concern, has come to mean for some the institutionalization of religion. One cure is to again allow choice in education. Choice is good IMO.
