Appparently Wolfowitz had a factual basis for the statement and I have not seem him retract or explain it. I'll wait to see what he says before I brand him a liar.

I don't see it as a lie, I feel he used Jacksonville as an example of an American city where there might be a cell. He sure as hell wouldn't name a place where a cell was known to be and warn the al Qaida.
