I'm going to harp on IT spending again since I've made my point begining of the year. IT spending will not pick up this year and not until mid-2003 or later. 2005 is where I see techs on the roll again. More IT people on the street today than begining of the year. Most corporations are on ROI big time and they want to see it before spending again.
