On another note, to prevent recurrences, have you had success by putting a small bell on your cat's collar? You have a tradeoff here; less injured birds but a more frustrated cat.

Very cool Lee. I find them in the yard all the time after they have fallen out of the nest. I've never tried to raise any though. I feel bad for them as they are usually doomed once they fall out.
