The point is the stock recovered in a relatively short period of time. Investors who didn't get excited had no problem. A year later the stock was at the same price it was when Bush sold his shares. It's as simple as that....

It was only 600K worth of stock anyway. That's chump change....

By the way, If memory serves me correctly the stock hit 1.75 for a brief moment, not 1.00.

Sorry Boob, no credible evidence of insider trading has ever been presented. Bush may be liable for a technical violation of reporting requirements. That is all.
