The information on insider interest in technology stocks is encouraging, but the data really don't show that significant a change. Far more important, at least for the next couple of months, are the negative opinions that keep coming from major investment firms, indicating that overall interest on the institutional side is still quite low. I wouldn't hold my breath, but I agree that investors ought to start taking a closer look at tech companies, particularly those in the telecommunications sector that have little or no debt. Yes, there are a few companies that fit that description!
