That's another aspect behind my emotions regards "I Capitulate". On CBS News tonight they said Wall Street is sending a signal to Bush that they will be very unhappy if he suggests ANY new reforms , regulations, laws other than exactly what exists now(such as Safe Harbor i suppose). In other words the Street is saying,let us handle this, let us "smooth this over" because we do NOT want the dirtiest game in town messed with, and don't you President of The United States mess we us if you want our support(It is like the White Collar "Mafia" rules our land) And i said, nothings going to change, these super rich thieves will never let the BS change, ever. So to hell with it, let them have their damned market, i can live without it.(fortunately). That CBS passing remark really brought it all home to me, just how totally corrupt our market has become, from top to bottom.Max
