I too think we may go up a bit but probably reverse hard Monday afternoon. Then the slow grind downward continues as institutions continue their distribution of overpriced paper. We will see a VIX > 50 this year and that may signal an intermediate bottom. Until then, I'm slightly (though not greedily) short. I would add that although people appear to be getting more bearish in their sentiment, their behavior is hardly bearish (i.e., they continue to buy every dip). Only when their behavior turns bearish (as reflected in P/C, VIX and other capitulation measures), will I become bullish (the contrarian that I am). best... LIG
