I don't think so. Looking at how they argued, I think they intentionally left all mention of God out. There was talk of putting God and or Jesus in, but they left them out on purpose.

I do not think Blessings is capitalized in deference to any notion of God in that quote, anymore than Union, People, Order, or Tranquility being capitalized denotes a religious intention. Ordain is not capitalized- I think that means they did NOT want a religious document because as we all know ordination is something the church does, and therefore.... (this is a joke, I suddenly realized I better put that right here, maybe some <ggg's> too)

Look, the framers went on at great length to say why they did what they did. They were abundantly clear that they did not trust the government to be involved at all in religion, or religion involved in government. A few men argued for more religion, and they got beaten down. Our framers were not secretive men. You need not look to the capitalization of words to try to ferret out what they wanted and why they did what they did. If you read their writings they fairly bludgeon you over the head with their intentions.
