I checked briefing.com, and they show 669m up volume and only 40m down volume. Who's right?

I could be mistaken but the 90% upside and downside rules (by Paul Desmond) probably only apply to normal market conditions (i.e., full trading days in which one penny stock like WCOME doesn't account for 50% of the total volume). In short, Friday doesn't count for much of anything except, as someone else already posted, when the cat is away, the mice will play.
