He "Mishedlo" sells and goes 100" cash Tuesday at the panic lows for the Naz and then he misses the run up Wed and Fri ! What am I missing ? Is he a short sellor or long investor or what (day trade, etc).

but some of the people I know who really know their puts and calls say that the equity-only P/C ratio is the one to look at, and that the options P/C ratio is worthless.

the cboe p/c buy and sell triggers (when the 21 dma changes direction) have been the same as the equity only p/c ratios (see larry's charts)

and of course there are no guarantees right now that the 21 dma will turn down and start trending in the opposite direction it has been since mid may.
