Mike, one thing to bear in mind is that Zeev's goal is to be right 60% of the time. If he succeeds, that means he could be wrong up to 40% of the time. Your questions are good ones, and I have learned much about his reasoning from the answers, but my advice is don't expect precision in his forecasts. No one can consistently do that.
