willcan--Despite the high debt levels at LWIN, there is one key factor that is likely to keep LWIN from failing--QUALCOMM, and in particular its CEO Irwin Jacobs. He started Leap Wireless to show the wireless world that it would be possible to design a wireless phone system that would compete with wireline. I don't believe he is ready to let LWIN fail. In the past, QCOM has provided assorted types of assistance over and above their original investment. Just a hunch, but based on a rather long record of QCOM assisting LWIN.
