Providing a back up board is IMO a good idea, even if it isn't needed in the future. I have DSL...and a back up dial in ISP (that I really dislike using since is it so slow!!!)...but it is a nice "insurance" of Internet coverage in the event that Pac Bell is having a day with disruptions in service.

IMO if INSP is delisted from the Nasdaq, INSP would still be an functioning company, and would still be able to continue to operate Silicon Investor.
