jpg - people who are in the late evenigng of their lives tend to be progressively more gloomy about things. They reflect on how important their views have been until very recently. They think of how captains of industry and media have hung on their every word.

But they also increasingly think of who is gong to be interested in them in the near FUTURE and that is of much more immediate concern at it begins to dawn on them that it will not be captains of industry that are interested in them for their wisdom but it will be a variey of some realy unpleasant insects that are going to be intersted in the brains for very differnt reasons, mainly for a very good lunch and for what remains as a place for their young to feed upon when they hatch.

So I understand and sympathize with these elderly great investors. I will be there too one day but hopefully not for some time so I can afford to remain optimistic for a little time yet, they, on the otehr hand can not.

Best,

L
