Maybe 5 inches in a storm, not 15 inches. This place called Weatherford for a good reason, if you dont like the weather just wait a few hours and it will change. Except when its hot, and it just gets hotter. Need 3 inch hailstones in July when it 80 degrees ? - noooooooo problem. Happens about every 5 years. Freeus is due for a great adventure building in Utah because of the unpredictables. Biggest surprise for us was the persistent wind 20,30,40 mph from the South or west calling for porches or trees. Would not notice that much in a city home tho. Several years back we had a draught- many trees turned brown but I found they weren't dead, just went into hibernation as they do in the fall anyway. Got hot, up to 111 This year lots of rain. not so hot and .cools off to 73 at night which New York would appreciate. Am not totally discouraged over this market. There are always opportunities for those with exceptional courage. Wcom at 6 cents became 27 in two days for a 350% return. Dell , a rather safe bet, nearly always moves up before the July meeting.
