Allen re: I submit that you must not have read my post carefully. oh, I did, you accused Bush of just talking and doing anything. I one of my friends is actually heading one of many projects for hydrogen cells. When Bush took over my friends life became much easier due to new huge government grants. There are hydrogen cell driven cars in production but if you willing to spend enough money I can even arrange for local development team to sell your new and improved experimental kind, which, from what I understand, is much lighter than current production kind. So Bush is doing far more than Clinton and that is the fact <ggggg> ps but if I really misunderstood your point then please explain.
