Les, Thanks for posting that article on insider buying and the related links. After studying them, it looks to me, like there isn't really any significant increase in insider buying of these companies. The two majors are Mot and Ca and not even they seem to have had major insider buying imho. But what got my attention about Ca is who are the insiders. That includes Richard A Grasso and Alfonse M. D'Amato.
