Weekly update of market, volume, and volatility trends (based on the 250 stocks I follow): Updated for close of trading day Friday, 07/05/2001 Home Page: home.mindspring.com; After a nice two days, I'd say I'm skeptical about the next 4 - if the current market pattern continues. A nice pop to get the shorts back in business. It is their ball game to lose. However, if Monday and Tuesday are positive, I'd say the tide has turned! COHU is looking better, short term, than it has in a long time, and that is relative to the market (#11 out of 250 in my short term technical RS table). COHU's 50 day average volume is rising nicely also, up 13.2% (18,000 shares daily) in the last 15 trading days. NOTE: I have added 8 new members to my 250 list, most not tech.
