Yes, Poet has threads called Options Box and was trading options on golds last time we spoke of stocks ... i only know her since a period last year at iHub really .... but sure, no question there's option value in a share with proven resources, be it a producer or not ... difficulty is defining precisely what is the fair value of that option at any point in time, the key assumption is some chosen scenario for the underlying, and that assumption in the mind of Ms Market will vary according to mood and the last PoG ticks - if gold goes to 330 tomorrow there will be premium paid for that 'option value', if it breaks 300 there will be a discount

I should look again at your ngx ... i see what you mean, they do that debt-for-equity and then it sells off, hard to figure, except most of the others were selling off too, you can thank your 'option value' for that -g- .... it's the warrants there that interest me, they're a little pricey but they're long-term ... still, pricey ... i've been nibbling at National gold's warrants, they just started trading last week, ngt.wt ... added today at .07 and .08 ... leverage on top of leverage ... takes two of them and 55 cents to buy one share of ngt common until 21 June '03 ... on the common i haven't reloaded trading shares yet ..... with xcl.to i've got most back now - #reply-17700457
