Tuuuurner is probably an SOB...........like I said I don't know what it's like to work for him. ELLison sure seems like a jerk and I don't doubt what you say about his database being difficult so he can get alot of consulting contracts. They are very lucrative. My son was one in the hayday......he was 25 and making over a 1/4 million a year!!! He didn't work for Oracle but it's the same business plan. If their consultants make that much then the company they represent must make bundles!!! Pat
