LAUNDERING DRUG MONEY? Pat, The Winokur connection is even more troubling regarding the likely laundering of drug money as well as the HUD scandal. Re: Can you imagine if Enron had been used as the laundering front for the HUD money that was channeled off???? As part of DynCorp/CIA, Winokur has access to seized Columbian cocaine. Where it ends up is a shadowy question. There's a growing body of evidence implicating the CIA in a plot to dump massive quantities of cocaine and heroin into the inner cities of the U.S. in order to aid the efforts to incarcerate large numbers of minorities, and then cynically deny them the right to vote later in life.
