Frank: Way to go! There I was typing in silly things like "SDII" and the likes and didn't find a matching board. Did you guys try to sneak outta here while I was up in your neighborhood looking for a place to live? BTW Frank, I appreciate the help on the cheap real estate but have my heart set on a Rainy Lake island or something on land on the North side or perhaps something on Lake of the Woods. Unfortunately due to the rains all the property surrounding Rainy was frontage, even homes about a mile or so away. I am waiting for a "recession" in the water level before going back. I also will be very careful to look for frontage on higher ground. (vbg) Thanks for the update. Much appreciated!
