Quite a few of the threads I follow here on SI are setting up discussion threads on Investors Hub. I'd hate to see SI go but its always good to have an exit strategy (G)

I set up one thread only to find it was restricted to premium members so I have set up one in the free area for now.
investorshub.com

The administrator there is Bob who used to be administrator here. The set up is the same so the comfort level is good.

MoneyPenny:

I know several SI threads opened up backup threads at iHub. You have two threads already. Good planning.

The INSP stock price sunk 99% ($130 in March 2000), but the company is alive and doing quite well, compared to other tech companies. It has a market cap $158 M, book value per share $1.78, cash per share $0.68, current ratio 5.71, quick ratio 5.50. The low stock price problem could be solved simply by a 10:1 reverse split.

The lack of news updating on SI's Home page could be (1) ready to close down, (2) computer server problem. It will be Jain's decision to keep SI open or fix the server. I hope he will keep SI open and fix the server bugs.

I post at the Fidelity Funds thread. Get ready for next week.

Julius

Some of the other threads here are setting up alternative sites, just in case this SI is closed, and I was thinking we might want to do this on Investors Hub or perhaps Raging Bull (although it is sort of a strange place) Any ideas?

Suite101 is where many already meet for backup in addition to SI. suite101.com
