Dan,
Why don't you contact the SEC and then maybe you will stop posting YOUR misinformation. The law is simple...it is the responsibility of the individual to file the proper forms...NOT THE COMPANY! Why would it be the responsibility of the company...they aren't the seller of the stock and any moron should understand that it is the sellers responsibility. I can just see it now...the individual sells his/her shares and never tells the company and the company is the one breaking the law....DUH!

BUSH AND HARKEN: INSIDER TRADING AND MALFEASANCE

Dan,

Re: In fact he filed his 144 the day he sold, and the filing of the form 4 that was 8 months late was the responsibility of the corporation, not Bush

You are simply in error on this. Bush failed to file the Form 4 and then lied about it during his run for Governor, claiming the SEC "lost" the form. Since GWB could offer no proof of this BIG LIE, such as a registered mail receipt, he's recently had to create another BIG LIE, i.e. "his lawyers let him down" in order to cover his behind.

This is insider trading and malfeasance to the shareholders of Harken, pure and simple.
