J F, Organized religion has been fighting to coerce congress into championing creationism and other questionable practices. They use public pressure and the press to see how they can draw votes away from anyone who does not adhere to their creeds. This is due to the utter lack of a secret ballot in Congress. A basic right you have is stripped from your elected representatives for control purposes....se we can see how they vote. In fact we would have better government with secret ballots. Close down a lot of inactive bases too. Bill
