Karen, I completely agree with you. Bush will try to give us show trials which will not affect the profits of his crooked friends in the least. The system is broken. We need fundamental reform. The PSLRA of 1995 must be repealed. Crooked accountants and lawyers must once again face real penalties for their criminal conspiracies. The accounting industry needs vast reform. It's been conclusively shown that the U.S. system of having accountants hired by the very criminals that they're supposed to be protecting the public from is completely insane. Accountants need to be hired by those whose money is at risk, the shareholders and their agent managers in pension and mutual funds and not by criminal-minded CEOs. Our system is idiocy. -Ray
