Thanks for the help. One of the most gratifying things about being part of the SI community is having the opportunity to exchange ideas with the movers and shakers of US political life; the people with an inside track that goes right to the top of the State Department and the Cabinet. Need to understand current US foreign policy? No problem. That Restricted, Classified or even Top Secret policy document is just an open book to the lucky few here on SI, thanks to our well-connected friends like Raymond Duray.
