KLP Savoy does not blame Clinton. Savoy says Greenspan stayed his usual interest fixing in light of other problems, I reiterate...Asia, LTCG and the year 2000 problem that became a non-event after all. According to Savoy the bubble grew because Greenspan let it. He didn't do his job and when he did it was overkill and when he tried to fix it with 11 interest rate cuts he failed to fix anything, then we had 9/11. Okay, so are you still blaming Clinton?
